2.0 Classroom Technology

The technology industry has been developing more and more advanced tools to bring learning to life and help the students develop and respect and appreciate the education. With technology, students have instant access to fresh information that can supplement their learning experience. The implementation of technology in schools helps close a gap. Technology is known as having the ability to enhance relationships between teachers and students. It could also help make teaching and learning more meaningful and fun. Students are also able to collaborate with their own classmates through gadgets.

          2.1 21st c tool: Interactive Whiteboard

A classroom that allows students to move at their own pace whether they are looking for opportunities for enrichment or needed help to catch up, the interactive whiteboard is a great way to catch their attention during class.

          2.2 Visualization Technology: Augmented Reality

Augmented reality is a technology that works on computer vision based recognition algorithms to augment sound, video, graphics and other sensor based inputs on real world objects using the camera of the device. Using augmented reality in the classroom can turn an ordinary class into an engaging experience. AR technology provides virtual examples and adds gaming elements to support textbook materials.

          2.3 Visualization Technology: Virtual Reality

Virtual reality is the term used to describe a three-dimensional (3D), computer generated environment which can be explored and interacted with by a person. That person becomes part of this virtual world or is immersed within this environment and whilst there, is able to manipulate objects or perform a series of actions.

           2.4 Digital Strategies: Makerspace

A makerspace is a room that has tools and components. In which, it allow people to enter with an idea and leave with a complete project. The best part of this is it is communal. The goals of makerspace is to work together to learn, collaborate and share ideas.

            2.5 Internet Technology: Cloud Computing

Cloud computing is a use of hardware and software to deliver a service over a network. With it, users can access files and also use any application from any devices that are able to connect to the internet. It is also a shared computing resources rather than having local servers or personal devices to handle applications.

In conclusion, classroom technology is actually a very amazing thing that had started apply in classroom. Using laptops and projector and apply it on the whiteboard which called an interactive whiteboard stimulates curiosity and inspires students' desire to learn. With technology, classes become more interactive and it helps students better remember the information they've just learned.
