5.0 Collaborating Tools and Communication Tools

      Collaborating tools is a term for different types of software and online services that allow people to work together on common projects, regardless of their physical location. It can be something as simple as email and as complex as the sophisticated project management software. Meanwhile, the communication tool has a wide variety and are used for external and internal communication. These tools included mail, email, telephone, cell phones, smartphones, computers, video and web conferencing tools, social networking, as well as online collaboration and productivity platforms. 

        5.1 Blendspaces


              Blendspace is a way to create interactive lessons that sync documents, Powerpoints, videos, pictures and other materials in one succinct. Which is easily managed, and organized space. Lessons are also accessible by computer and allow students to use technology to learn independently. 

        5.2 Wikispace

               Wikis are great hypertext tools that let on a person or a group of people manage content easily. They are used to create static websites, manage online communities, connect businesses with customers, and even write magazines and books. 

          5.3 Blogspot


                 Blogger is the name for blogspot. It is a website owned by Google LLC where you can make you own blog for free. Blogger allows you to create a blog template or custom code. But it is more limited than WordPress (Mircosoft Words) since you can only use a smaller of templates, pure code, or widgets instead of nearly endless WP templates and plugins. 

          5.4 Skype


               Skype is a hybrid peer-to-peer and client-server system. It is a quintessential video and voice chatting application. you can use it on both Android or iOS device. 

          In conclusion, all these tools are able to keep track of our expenditures. Cut our cost due to it only needed internet to search. Other than that, it could also let us stay in touch with each other regardless of their physical location.
